A 'frappeé' is a fruit-flavoured ice drink. I have this in the breakfast section, as it is a wonderful way to start the day, but it can also make a great summer's evening drink while sitting out in the sun and can be livened up with a dash of a spirit (of your choice) to make a cocktail – not recommended for mornings!
Ingredients
1 pineapple
8–12 fresh mint leaves
12–14 ice cubes
A squirt of honey
Mint leaves to serve
