Repeat Patterns
Colour a small batch of the sugarpaste (fondant) green and roll it out to a thickness of 3 mm (1/8 in) on a work surface lightly dusted with icing (confectioners’) sugar.
Roll out the background sugarpaste so that it is slightly thicker than the contrasting coloured paste.
Cut out shapes from the coloured sugarpaste with a cutter and place them over the background paste.
Roll over in all directions to get back to the original thickness.
