Coffee & Walnut Cake
with Coffee Cream

PROJECT COMPLEXITY:

YOU WILL NEED: Coffee & walnut cake; Coffee syrup; Coffee cream; walnut pieces, for decoration

cake Preparation time: 1 hour 40 minutes
coffee cream preparation time: 15 minutes
decorating time: 10 minutes

Brush the bottom cake with the coffee syrup.

Fit a disposable piping (icing) bag with a star nozzle, then fill it with the coffee cream. Pipe this over the top of the bottom cake.

Top with the second cake, and brush this with coffee syrup before spreading a layer of coffee cream on top.

Decorate the top of the cake with walnuts.

Brush the cake with coffee syrup.

Pipe coffee cream onto the top of the bottom cake.
