Philly Cheese Steak Stromboli

Ingredients
      1½ cup grated Cheddar cheese
      ½ onion, sliced
      ½ cup jarred cheese sauce
      ¼ tsp. salt
      ¼ tsp. ground black pepper  
      1 lb. strip loin steak, trimmed and thinly sliced
      14 ounces pizza dough store-bought or homemade
      1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
      2 tsp. high-heat cooking oil
      1 cup marinara sauce
Directions
  1. ​​ Mix 1 tsp. oil and onion in air fry basket and air fry for 8 minutes, stirring once at 4 minutes. 
  1. ​​ Add the sliced beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and mix well.  Air fry for 8 minutes at 400ºF, stirring occasionally. 
  1. ​​ Remove the chicken and onion from the air fryer and allow to cool.  On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a 13x11” rectangle. 
  1. ​​ Sprinkle half of the Cheddar cheese over the dough leaving an empty 1” border on one side.  Evenly top the cheese with the beef mixture. 
  1. ​​ Warm the jarred cheese sauce and drizzle over the meat. 
  1. ​​ Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar cheese on top.  Roll the Stromboli toward the empty border, keeping the filling tightly tucked inside the roll. 
  1. ​​ Tuck the ends of the dough in and pinch the seam shut.  Cut 4 small slits evenly in the top of the dough and brush with remaining oil. 
  1. ​​ Place the seam side down and shape the Stromboli into a U-shape to fit in the air fry basket.  Air fry at 370°F 6 minutes. 
  1. ​​ Gently flip the Stromboli, apply additional oil, and air fry for an additional 6 to 8 minutes until the dough becomes golden brown. 
  1. ​​ Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
  1. ​​ Service with marinara sauce.

Baked Marinaraaaah Eggs

Ingredients
      2 tsps. parmesan cheese
      1 tsp. salt
      1 tsp. pepper
      4 eggs
      ½ cup whole milk or heavy cream
      1 cup spinach
      2 tsps. marinara sauce
Directions
  1. ​​ In a medium saucepan, stir spinach with ¼ cup of milk or cream over medium heat for 3 minutes or until spinach wilts and absorbs milk.
  1. ​​ Divide spinach equally between four small baking dishes
  1. ​​ Crack an egg into each ramekin.
  1. ​​ Add one tablespoon of milk to each egg to the side of the yolk.
  1. ​​ Sprinkle salt and pepper on each egg.
  1. ​​ Add an equal dollop of marinara to each ramekin.
  1. ​​ Sprinkle parmesan cheese over each ramekin.
  1. ​​ Air fry at 350°F for seven minutes.
  1. ​​ Remove from air fryer and check yoke consistency.
  1. ​​ If too runny, air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until desired yoke consistency.
  1. ​​ Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Beefalo Burgers
Preparation time: 25mins

Ingredients
      1 tsp. garlic powder
      ½ tsp. celery salt
      ½ tsp. oregano  
      1 lb. lean ground beef
      3 tbsp. buffalo wing sauce
      4 slices blue cheese
Directions
  1. ​​ In a medium bowl, gently mix together ground beef and seasonings. 
  1. ​​ Shape ground beef into four ¼ lb. patties. 
  1. ​​ Preheat air fryer to 350°F 
  1. ​​ Air fry at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  1. ​​ Remove and place a single blue cheese slice on each patty.
  1. ​​ Return patties to hot air fryer and allow the cheese to melt slightly without additional frying.
  1. ​​ Allow to cool five minutes before serving.
