Berry Trail Mix
A combination of berries, nuts and chocolate makes the perfect snack for hikers or people on the go.

Serves 4
1 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tbsp dried goji berries
1 tbsp dried blueberries
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp dried rose hips
2 tbsp peanuts
2 tbsp Brazil nuts, roughly chopped
2 tbsp cashew nuts
2 tbsp almonds
2 tbsp walnuts, roughly chopped
2 tbsp dark/bittersweet chocolate chips
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Put in small sandwich bags and take as a snack on hikes and outings. Store in an airtight container if not using immediately.
