1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
16-oz. pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. cottage cheese
1 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 t. sugar
Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour. Cook and stir until smooth; beat in the remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended; pour into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
