A moist, custard-like treat that can be served with syrup, jelly or honey.
3 T. butter, melted
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 t. salt
1 T. sugar
1 t. vanilla extract
Melt butter in a 13"x9" baking pan in the oven at 400 degrees; set aside. Place eggs in a blender; blend well. Add milk, flour, salt, sugar and vanilla; blend thoroughly. Pour into a pan; bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 4.
To add a splash of color to breakfast juices, freeze strawberry slices or blueberries in ice cubes. Toss several into glasses of juice right before serving.
