Ham & Cheese Bake

This is a favorite breakfast casserole for our family.

3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 c. sliced mushrooms, drained

1/4 c. green onion, sliced

1/4 c. margarine

8-oz. pkg. cooked ham, diced

1/2 c. all-purpose flour

1-3/4 c. milk

8 eggs, beaten

Combine cheeses; sprinkle half in an ungreased 13"x9" baking pan. Set aside. Sauté mushrooms and onion in margarine until tender; arrange over cheese. Layer ham over the top; sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Set aside. Whisk flour, milk and eggs together; pour over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes; let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 10.
