No leftover turkey on hand? Use chicken instead!

2 c. cooked turkey, cubed

4 c. assorted vegetables, cooked and sliced into bite-size pieces

10-3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup

10-3/4 oz. can cream of potato soup

1 c. milk

1/4 t. dried thyme

1/8 t. pepper

4 c. prepared sage-flavored stuffing mix

Arrange turkey in a shallow, ungreased 3-quart casserole dish; top with vegetables. Stir together soups, milk, thyme and pepper in a bowl; spread over turkey and vegetables. Top with stuffing. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, until hot. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Dress up tube biscuits by brushing the tops of each biscuit lightly with beaten egg and arranging a fresh parsley leaf on each. Lightly brush again with egg and bake as directed.
