Navy Crab Bake

2 to 3 slices bread, crusts removed, cubed

1 to 2 T. milk

1 to 1-1/2 lbs. crabmeat, flaked

1 t. seafood seasoning

1/8 t. salt

1 T. mayonnaise

1/4 t. Worcestershire sauce

1 T. fresh parsley, chopped

1 egg, beaten

1 T. baking powder

Optional: shredded mozzarella cheese

In a medium bowl, combine bread and enough milk to moisten. Add remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well. Pour into a lightly greased 11"x7" baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese, if using; return to oven until cheese is melted. Serves 4 to 6.
