Ham and potatoes blended with Cheddar cheese...yum!
2 c. cooked ham, diced
32-oz. pkg. frozen hashbrowns, thawed
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
10-3/4 oz. can Cheddar cheese soup
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together well; spoon into a lightly greased 9"x9" baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 4.
Add vintage flair to a kitchen window with flea-market find handkerchiefs. You can whip up a curtain in no time at all. Measure to see how many handkerchiefs are needed to cover the bottom half of a window, then join them together with a zig-zag stitch. Attach café hooks and hang from a rod...so easy.
