Ready in 20 minutes!
1-1/3 c. prepared instant rice
14-oz. can green beans, drained
5-oz. can chopped ham
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 t. chicken bouillon granules
1-1/3 c. boiling water
1 T. dried, minced onion
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Combine rice, green beans, ham and mayonnaise in a lightly greased 11"x7" baking pan; set aside. Dissolve bouillon in water; pour over rice mixture. Sprinkle with minced onion and mix well. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes; sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
