A quick-to-fix dish that’s sure to become a tradition in your home.
1/2 c. butter
7-oz. can chopped green chiles
2 16-oz. pkgs. shredded Mexican-blend cheese
1 c. biscuit baking mix
3/4 t. salt
3 eggs
2 c. milk
Melt butter in a 13"x9" baking pan. Sprinkle chiles over butter; top with cheese and set aside. Blend baking mix, salt, eggs and milk in a blender; pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 12.
