Three veggies combine for a delectable cheesy dish.
10-oz. pkg. frozen green beans
10-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
10-oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower
10-oz. jar pearl onions, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 10-3/4 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
6-oz. pkg. herb stuffing mix
Cook frozen vegetables separately, just until crisp-tender. Arrange drained vegetables in layers in a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Arrange onions around the outer edge. Sprinkle with cheese; pour soup over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle half the stuffing over the top, reserving the rest for another recipe. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Serves 8.
