A sure-fire family favorite!
15-oz. can asparagus spears, drained
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1-1/2 c. prepared rice
1 onion, finely chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Combine all ingredients and places in a greased 11"x7" baking pan. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
It’s true...place an onion in the freezer for just 5 minutes before chopping for no tears!
