Feeds a crowd...just right for picnics and potlucks.
6 to 9 c. potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
salt to taste
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. onion, minced
garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Sprinkle potatoes with salt. Combine with cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and garlic powder. Pour into an ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Makes 12 to 14 servings.
