Pecan-Topped Sweet Potato Bake

Garnish each serving with a pecan half for a pretty presentation.

3 c. sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed

1/2 c. sugar

1/2 c. butter

2 eggs, beaten

1 t. vanilla extract

1/3 c. milk

Combine all ingredients; mix until very smooth and spread in a lightly greased 11"x7" baking pan. Sprinkle topping over potato mixture and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Topping:

1/3 c. butter, melted

1 c. brown sugar, packed

1/2 c. all-purpose flour

1 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
