Juggling chainsaws: In Sept. 2011, Ian Stewart of Windsor, Nova Scotia, juggled—and caught—94 chainsaws.
Largest parking lot: The lot at the West Edmonton Mall can accomodate 20,000 vehicles.
Most expensive hot dog: DougieDog in Vancouver offers the Dragon Dog. It costs $100, because it’s made with 100-year-old cognac, Kobe beef, truffle oil, and lobster.
Needles in the head: Mohanathas Sivanyagam of Toronto stuck 2,025 needles in his head in 2001 (we don’t know why).
Largest collection of Santa Claus memorabilia: Jean-Guy Laquerre of Boucherville, Quebec, possesses 25,189 different Santa items (as of press time).
Simultaneous head shaving: At the 2010 Terry Fox Run in Port Colborne, Ontario, 57 people shorn their locks all at the same time.
Heaviest triplets: Upon their birth in November 2009, the Kupresak triplets of Toronto weighed a combined 7.78 kg (17.2 pounds).
Longest drumming marathon: Over five days in August 2011, Burlington, Ontario, man Steve Gaul drummed for 121 hours.
Rapid onion eating: Peter Czerwinski of Mississauga, Ontario ate a complete raw onion in 43.53 seconds. (Ew!)
Fastest marathon in a mascot costume: “Jefferson the Dog” (David Hiddleston) ran the 13 miles in four hours, 16 minutes, in the 2010 Toronto Waterfront Marathon.
Most bone tattoos: Which is to say tattoos of bones. Canadian artist Rick Genest has 139 of them (and he looks like a skeleton).
