¼ pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
½ banana
½ cup low-fat yogurt, frozen overnight, or low-fat yogurt plus 4 ice cubes
¾ cup frozen peeled pineapple
How to do it Put the fresh pineapple through an electric juicer. Pour the juice into a blender or food processor, add all the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
