Round One
Firestorm
When a wildland fire lands Scott McGregor in the burn unit and sends his career up in smoke, a decade-old emergency contact card brings his former college lover, Robby Hammond, to his hospital bed. After six months of hospitals and rehab, Scott starts a new life as owner of the Mountain Shadows Campground. Maybe learning to run a bed and breakfast—not to mention dealing with the permanent residents—will keep him from making Robby the center of his universe. Again.
Leaving San Francisco to take a part-time position as a law enforcement ranger makes no sense at this stage of his life, but after Scott’s critical burns, Robby moves to Flagstaff anyway—to take up residence at Mountain Shadows—which has nothing to do with his long-buried feelings for his ex. Despite the white-hot attraction that still burns between them, too much is at stake for Robby to take that chance. Again.
Torn apart a dozen years ago by an unlimited ability to cause each other pain, each man believes the relationship door is firmly closed, but when life brings them back together, Scott is still the irresistible force to Robby’s immovable object, and where there’s smoke…there’s fire.

Cold Snap
Professor of Literature Finn Lorensson is unashamedly a romantic. In his own words, he’s a white knight in search of a charming prince to save. In fact, he’s doing a good deed by stepping into the breach for his long-time friends and landlords at Mountain Shadows when a voice on the phone sends him tumbling headfirst into love/lust/fascination.
Four months later, a self-absorbed Dr. Cannon Malloy shows up in the flesh and has the poor grace to not remember their conversation. That could be because he’s running from his past and too busy looking over his shoulder to appreciate what’s right in front of him.
A winter storm and circumstance conspire to bring them together, but it’ll take more than a charming smile and a pure heart to bring this frog-prince in from the cold.

Blown Away
Rowen Smithe doesn’t do friends. They require time and effort, both better spent protecting the woods surrounding his Mountain Shadows home. Lights in the west, smoke patterns in the east, and now a shiny glint deep in the forest. Someone needed to do something.
Mick Rutger rarely met a challenge he wouldn’t chase, but the drop-dead gorgeous man next door gives a whole new meaning to crazy when he spends hours in a tree just…watching? When his charming words have no effect, Mick has no choice if he wants to crack this nut. He follows the mysterious Rowe on a middle of the night hike, only to be caught before the chase can even begin.

Higher Ground
Charlie Turner walked away from college, his boyfriend, and his dreams to step into his late father’s shoes. When you’re nineteen those shoes can be pretty damn big, but ten years later, he’s feeling the pinch.
Turner and Sons Construction is a success, but he hasn’t had a date since…he doesn’t want to remember. When he’s hired to do renovation work on an art gallery, he had no idea sparks would fly so quickly with the owner. Amos Greene—arrogant, pushy, and an all-around jerk—is one of the sexiest men Charlie can imagine. But it’s not a good idea to get your honey where you get your money.
Determined to make some changes, Charlie moves to Mountain Shadows in Flagstaff, but how will that impact the fragile relationship he has with his brother, Damon? Keeping the brat out of juvie is practically a full-time job, and the changes Charlie is making might just blow up in Damon’s face.

Kismet and Cartwheels (Bonus Book)
For the free-spirited Park Williams, leaving the relative safety of the Willow Springs Ranch for a remote cabin near Flagstaff to spend some quality alone-time with his new boyfriend seems like a no-brainer. They can get to know each other while hiding away from the bad guys who may or may not be looking to kill his lover. At least it seems like a good idea right up until the minute he is standing on the front porch, with a man he’s known less than three weeks, and who spent two of those weeks in police custody. Oh shit.
Tanner Triplett is having a bad month. After two attempts on his life, he’s helped put his father and brother behind bars, lost his beloved ranch, and oh yeah…stepped out of the closet in a big way. But it remains to be seen if he’s in bigger danger from the men he’s agreed to testify against, or the golden-haired, cosmic-quoting devil trying to kill him with soy-gurt.
Join Park, Tanner, and their dogs Scooby and Taco as they make the move east to the Mountain Shadows Resort to meet up with their new neighbors and join in the fun that is Pulp Friction 2014.
Round Two:
Controlled Burn
Twelve years ago, it was the beginning of the end of their relationship when Robby was outed to his ultra conservative parents by his college lover, Scott.

Not that Robby is trying to keep secrets from his old lover—not exactly. It's just with so many assumptions between them, sometimes it's hard to know where to begin. How do you make an old friend see you for who you really are?
Trained as a firefighter, Scott has spent his life rushing headlong into dangerous situations and examining the consequences later. Now he’s surrounded by reminders of his impetuous nature. Despite the choices he’s made in the past, fate has given him a chance to start over—if he can only show Robby the truth, they can finally have the life Scott envisions.
One man is certain they can work things out—the other knows why they can’t. Only one of them can be right.

Particularly one stray cat that likes to hang around a curly-haired pain in Rowen's ass.
They might appear to be polar opposites, but Mick Rutger is determined to knock down the large wall Rowen hides behind…and he'll start making his moves soon, too.
