CERTAINLY NOT! INDEED, let God be true, but every man is a liar. As it is written: “That you may be justified in Your words, and may overcome when you are judged” (Rom. 3:4, NKJV).
God is not a man that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
