For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.
—MATTHEW 12:37, NKJV
THE WORDS YOU say will either acquit or condemn you (Matt. 12:34–37). Words can be your salvation or they can damn you. By your words you are healed or you are sick. Wise men store up knowledge, but the mouth of a fool invites ruin (Prov. 10:14). Everyone has heard people say that “by the time you become sixty years old your body starts to fall apart.” You are just prophesying your own demise. You need to take authority and dominion over your body with words. “Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me” (Ps. 103:1–5).
No one has a choice of whether or not they live by words, but they do have a choice of what words they live by.

Let Us Pray!
Father God, as I study and meditate on Your Word, I am convinced in my heart that You want me to live in health. I know it is Your will. I thank You for working in me as I decide to walk in health, and take action every day.
In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!
