THIS DESTITUTE WOMAN reached out in faith to touch the hem of Jesus’ garment—the woman with the issue of blood. Her faith brought the power of God into her body. Notice how she said what she believed. For she said, “If I may touch but His clothes, I shall be whole” (Mark 5:28). When she touched Him, she released her faith and received her healing, just like she said (Mark 5:25–34). The lady with the issue of blood declared her faith and how she would receive her healing. Who was calling the shots? Jesus did not call the shots, the woman did. Her faith did. It’s still the same today. Through the Word of God, and by faith, decree healing into your life and your children’s lives. The scripture tells us if we believe, we receive when we pray, and we will have whatsoever we say (Mark 11:24).

What is Mark 11:20–24 telling us to do?
Let Us Pray!
Heavenly Father, I have confidence in Your Word, and I take hold of Your promises to heal me. According to Isaiah 53:5 and 1 Peter 2:24, I resist sickness and disease. I speak with my mouth and believe in my heart that I am healed of all sickness and disease.
In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!
