DAY 35

LET GO OF THE DOUBT

God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.
—ACTS 10:38

DID JESUS JUST heal some? No. Jesus healed all who were oppressed of the devil.

In Mark 6:5–6, the people in Nazareth did not believe Jesus because they knew Him and where He came from; they knew His parents. The Word said Jesus could not do any great works in Nazareth because of their unbelief. Doubt will rob you of God’s blessings. Unbelief will rob you and leave you sick. There is only one thing that can stop doubt and unbelief in the heart of a man, and that is the Word of God. When a person receives the Word, doubt, defeat, and discouragement have to leave (Num. 23:19–20; Matt. 21:21).

Read: Exodus 23:25–26; Psalm 103:1–5

How can you combat doubt and unbelief?

Jesus could not do great works and heal the people in what city?

Why?

Let Us Pray!

Heavenly Father, I thank You that I believe Your Word that You took all my sins and sickness on the cross. And thank You that I am already healed, because I believe, I receive it now. Your living Word, Jesus, is powerful and working in me right now.

In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!
