Blueberry Mint Smoothie

½ CUP FRESH MINT LEAVES

1 CUP APPLE JUICE

3 CUPS FROZEN BLUEBERRIES

1 MEDIUM APPLE, CORED AND CHOPPED

1. In a blender, combine the mint and apple juice and blend until smooth and combined.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse to chop, and then blend smooth.

3. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
