1 CUP FRESH HALVED STRAWBERRIES
1 CUP WATER
1 MEDIUM-SIZED BEET, CHOPPED
1 MEDIUM APPLE, CORED AND CHOPPED
2 TABLESPOONS FRESH GRATED GINGERROOT
1. Combine the strawberries and water in a blender and blend smooth.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.
3. Add more water, if needed, to thin.
4. Pour the juice into glasses to serve.
