Raspberry Radish Red Juice

Radishes are high in a variety of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, folic acid, and calcium. In fact, the leaves of the radish plant also contain a great deal of vegetarian protein.

6 SMALL RADISHES, WITH GREENS

1 CUP PACKED BABY SPINACH LEAVES

1 CUP FRESH RASPBERRIES

1 MEDIUM APPLE, HALVED

½ INCH FRESH GINGERROOT

1. Peel, cut, deseed, and/or chop the ingredients as needed.

2. Place a container under the juicer’s spout.

3. Feed the ingredients through the juicer, one at a time, in the order listed.

4. Stir the juice well.

5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
