Green Goddess Juice

SERVES 1

Both spinach and kale are very nutrient-dense vegetables. This juice recipe is rich in a number of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin K, vitamin C, calcium, and iron.

1 CUP BABY SPINACH

1 CUP CHOPPED KALE LEAVES

1 SMALL SEEDLESS CUCUMBER, QUARTERED

1 CARROT

½ BUNCH FRESH MINT

1. Peel, cut, deseed, and/or chop the ingredients as needed.

2. Place a container under the juicer’s spout.

3. Feed the ingredients through the juicer, one at a time, in the order listed.

4. Stir the juice well.

Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
