Sweet-and-Sour Dressing

MAKES ABOUT ¾ CUP

This versatile dressing can be used to top salads or as a dipping sauce for fresh vegetables. With just the right combination of sweet and sour, this dressing is sure to please.

⅓ CUP EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

2 TABLESPOONS RICE WINE VINEGAR

2 TABLESPOONS VEGAN PLUM SAUCE

PINCH OF SALT

PINCH OF FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and combined.

2. Chill until ready to use.
