MAKES ABOUT 1 CUP
This sauce is very easy to make and full of flavor. Use it as a spread on sandwiches or stir it into your favorite pasta.
½ CUP ROASTED RED PEPPERS IN OIL
1 MEDIUM PLUM TOMATO, CHOPPED
1 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC
2 TABLESPOONS RAW WALNUTS
1 TEASPOON RICE WINE VINEGAR
PINCH OF RED PEPPER FLAKES
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and combined.
2. Serve the sauce as a dip for vegetables or as a spread for sandwiches.
