In this fruit salad, mixed berries blend well with the fresh flavor of mint. Serve this fruit salad as a snack or enjoy it for breakfast any day of the week.
2 CUPS HALVED STRAWBERRIES
1½ CUPS BLUEBERRIES
1 CUP RASPBERRIES
1 CUP BLACKBERRIES
½ CUP CHOPPED FRESH MINT LEAVES
2 TABLESPOONS FRESH LIME JUICE
1. Combine the berries in a large bowl.
2. Add the mint leaves and lime juice and toss to coat.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill before serving, if desired.
