2 MEDIUM BANANAS
1½ TABLESPOONS PURE MAPLE SYRUP
1 TO 2 TEASPOONS GROUND CINNAMON
PINCH OF NUTMEG
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Leaving the bananas in their peels, carefully slice the bananas lengthwise, leaving the bottom of the peels intact.
3. Set the bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Pull the peels apart and drizzle the bananas with maple syrup. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until hot and tender.
