Though kale is traditionally served steamed or in a salad, it also makes a wonderfully crisp chip. These sesame kale chips are incredibly simple to make and they are just as nutritious as they are delicious.
1 BUNCH FRESH KALE LEAVES
1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
1 TEASPOON RAW SESAME SEEDS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Rinse the kale in fresh water and then pat dry with paper towels.
3. Tear the kale leaves into 2-inch chunks and place them in a bowl.
4. Add the olive oil and sesame seeds and toss to coat.
5. Arrange the kale on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the leaves are crisp. Serve immediately.
