Wim and Enahm Hof’s website has all the latest news on the scientific research into the WHM. You can also find Wim’s program of lectures, workshops and organized trips.
Here you will find an online course to take you through the WHM step-by-step in ten weeks. There are video clips and instructions on Wim Hof’s breathing exercises and cold training. During the ten-week period, you can ask questions about your experiences.
