THE BASICS

In cooking, as in anything, it’s the details that make all the difference. Here you’ll find a killer granola (here), a bunch of easy and flavorful salsas (here, here, and here), a basil oil (here) I pour on just about everything, and the easiest, quickest aioli (here) ever. While grocery stores are beginning to carry decent versions of a lot of these items, I really prefer to make my own when I have time. And since most of them come together in under 30 minutes (and are much cheaper than the store-bought versions), I find it’s worth the extra effort.
