Vidalia Onion Dip

Serves 6–8

1 cup Swiss cheese, grated

1 (8 oz.) bar cream cheese, softened

¾ cup mayonnaise

2 large Vidalia onions, peeled and finely diced

1 cup brown sugar

2 cups butter-flavored, crackers

2 cups bacon, cooked until crisp, and crumbled

Combine the Swiss cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and onions. Place in a large enough casserole dish to hold the mixture. Mix the brown sugar, crackers, and bacon. Top the cheese mixture with the cracker mixture. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
