Shrimp Caesar Salad
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes | Serves 4
1 pound (454 g) fresh jumbo shrimp
Juice of ½ lemon
3 garlic cloves, minced
Sea salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
¾ cup Caesar dressing
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Insert the Grill Grate and close the hood. Select GRILL, set the temperature to MAX, and set the time to 5 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with the lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Let marinate while the grill is preheating.
- When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, carefully place the shrimp on the Grill Grate. Close the hood and GRILL for 5 minutes. (There is no need to flip the shrimp during grilling.)
- While the shrimp grills, toss the romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing, then divide evenly among four plates or bowls.
- When cooking is complete, use tongs to remove the shrimp from the grill and place on top of each salad. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and serve.
