Shrimp Caesar Salad
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes | Serves 4
1 pound (454 g) fresh jumbo shrimp
Juice of ½ lemon
3 garlic cloves, minced
Sea salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
¾ cup Caesar dressing
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Insert the Grill Grate and close the hood. Select GRILL, set the temperature to MAX, and set the time to 5 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with the lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Let marinate while the grill is preheating.
  3. When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, carefully place the shrimp on the Grill Grate. Close the hood and GRILL for 5 minutes. (There is no need to flip the shrimp during grilling.)
  4. While the shrimp grills, toss the romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing, then divide evenly among four plates or bowls.
  5. When cooking is complete, use tongs to remove the shrimp from the grill and place on top of each salad. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and serve.
