Breaded Spiced Chicken Cutlets

½ pound (227 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, horizontally sliced in half, into cutlets
½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
⅛ cup bread crumbs
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon onion powder
- Insert the Crisper Basket and close the hood. Select AIR CRISP, set the temperature to 375ºF (191ºC), and set the time to 11 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.
- Brush each side of the chicken cutlets with the oil.
- Combine the bread crumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a medium shallow bowl. Dredge the chicken cutlets in the bread crumb mixture, turning several times, to ensure the chicken is fully coated.
- When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, place the chicken in the basket. Close the hood and AIR CRISP for 9 minutes. Cooking is complete when the internal temperature of the meat reaches at least 165ºF (74ºC) on a food thermometer. If needed, AIR CRISP for up to 2 minutes more.
- Remove the chicken cutlets and serve immediately.
