Cheesy Meatball Sandwiches
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes | Serves 4
12 frozen meatballs
8 slices Mozzarella cheese
4 sub rolls, halved lengthwise
½ cup marinara sauce, warmed
12 fresh basil leaves
- Insert the Crisper Basket and close the hood. Select AIR CRISP, set the temperature to 350ºF (177ºC), and set the time to 10 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.
- When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, place the meatballs in the basket. Close the hood and AIR CRISP for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, shake the basket of meatballs. Place the basket back in the unit and close the hood to resume cooking.
- While the meatballs are cooking, place two slices of Mozzarella cheese on each sub roll. Use a spoon to spread the marinara sauce on top of the cheese slices. Press three leaves of basil into the sauce on each roll.
- When cooking is complete, place three meatballs on each sub roll. Serve immediately.
