1 Press the Sauté button on Instant Pot®. Add sausage links and brown for 4–5 minutes. Move the sausages to a plate.
2 Layer the potatoes, bell pepper, onion, and corn in the Instant Pot®. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sausage links on top of the corn. Pour the tomato juice over the top of the other ingredients in the Instant Pot®. Lock lid.
3 Press the Manual button and adjust time to 5 minutes. When the timer beeps, let the pressure release naturally for at least 10 minutes.
4 Quick-release any additional pressure until the float valve drops and then unlock lid. Serve warm.
