Is it breakfast or is it dessert? Fortunately, it’s both so you can satisfy that sweet tooth and still get your morning started right. Perfect for overnight holiday guests or even after a birthday slumber party, this dish is fantastic with a dollop of fresh whipped cream for a little extra treat.

1 Grease a 7-cup glass dish. Add 2 cups bread. Arrange banana slices in an even layer over bread. Drizzle 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup over bananas. Add remaining 2 cups bread. Set aside.
2 In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, nutmeg, and salt. Pour over bread; place pats of butter on top.
3 Pour water into Instant Pot®. Set trivet in Instant Pot®. Place glass dish on top of trivet. Lock lid.
4 Press the Manual button and adjust time to 20 minutes. When the timer beeps, quick-release pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid.
5 Remove glass bowl from the Instant Pot®. Transfer to a rack until cooled. Top with remaining 2 tablespoons chocolate. Serve warm.
