1 In a large bowl, whisk together peanut butter, jelly, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, and salt.
2 If you buy chicken wings that are connected, cut them at the joint to separate. Add wings to peanut butter mixture and toss. Refrigerate covered for 1 hour.
3 Add chicken broth to Instant Pot®. Insert a steamer basket. Add chicken wings. Stand up wings if desired so as to not overcrowd them on top of each other. Lock lid.
4 Press the Manual button and adjust time to 10 minutes. When timer beeps, let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes. Quick-release any additional pressure until the float valve drops and then unlock the lid. Garnish with chopped basil. Serve.
