• Cook Time: 0 minutes (it will cook while the pressure builds)

1 Pour water into Instant Pot®. Insert a steamer basket and arrange broccoli on the basket in an even layer. Lock lid.

2 Press the Steam button and adjust time to 0 minutes. The broccoli will steam in the time it takes the pressure to build. When timer beeps, quick-release pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid.

3 Use retriever tongs to remove steamer basket. Transfer broccoli to a serving dish and toss with lemon juice, salt, and ghee. Serve warm.
