Dilly Lemon Salmon

• Cook Time: 5 minutes

1 Pat fillets dry with a paper towel and place on a steamer basket. Season salmon with salt. Place 2 lemon slices on each fillet. Sprinkle with chopped dill.

2 Place water in Instant Pot®. Insert trivet. Place steamer basket onto trivet. Lock lid.

3 Press the Manual button and adjust time to 5 minutes. When timer beeps, quick-release the pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid.

4 Remove fish to plates and serve immediately.
