Zonuts
On the back of the world craze for croissant–donuts, which started in New York, we’ve created the Zonut, made from laminated croissant dough which is cut into a donut shape, fried, then injected with fillings of differing textures. We change the flavours on a weekly basis, and this can sometimes be quite a challenge! They are not for the faint-hearted, but give them a try: they are indulgent and utterly delicious.
