MAKES ABOUT 2 ¼ CUPS
- 1 cup Sugared Pecans, completely cooled (recipe follows)
- 1 ½ cups White Chocolate Ganache
- With a large chef’s knife, chop the pecans. Or pulse in a food processor, being careful not to grind to a paste.
- Add the chopped sugared pecans to the White Chocolate Ganache and stir to mix well.
