The easiest way to make runes is to gather stones or small rocks that are about the same size. Then you grab your favorite color of paint and paint each rune on each rock. If you can’t figure out what color you should use, red is always a good choice. It was the color that the rune carvers of the past used. Once you have painted the runes, you might want to seal or coat the rock so the paint won’t wear off. You should be able to find a glaze at most hardware stores. If you can’t find one, find a store associate and ask them for help. They should be able to tell you where they are and which one will work the best for what you want it for.
