RASPBERRY VODKA

Raspberry Vodka’s fresh redolent quality complements a variety of cocktails. Try serving Raspberry Vodka Martinis at Sunday brunch. You may be surprised how good a Raspberry Bloody Mary can be. Sounds a little off, but don’t judge until you’ve tried.

25 oz. vodka

2/3 cup raspberries

1. Wash raspberries.

2. Place raspberries in bottom of infusion jar.

3. Add vodka, covering the raspberries, and seal the jar.

4. Let infuse for 1–2 weeks out of direct sunlight, tasting and gently shaking regularly.

5. Strain the vodka into a clean bottle, cap, and refrigerate.
