HORSERADISH TEQUILA

(EL CHULO)

1.75 liters bottle blanco tequila

2 cups shredded peeled horseradish root

1. Place fresh horseradish in infusion container.

2. Top with full 1.75 liters of tequila.

3. Seal tightly and allow to infuse for 24–48 hours.

4. Strain and use with a splash of tomato juice in an oyster shooter.
