Infusion Ingredients:
Spring 44 Gin
Asbach Uralt Brandy
Appleton VX Jamaican Rum
Earl Grey tea
Fresh lemongrass
Allspice berries
Blackberries
Orange oil
Cocktail Ingredients:
Dry:
1 Allspice Berry (crushed or broken)
3 inches of lemongrass quartered lengthwise
2 tablespoons Earl Grey
6 blackberries (cut in half)
1 orange spiral (8- to 10-inch)
6 dashes orange bitters
Wet:
11/4 oz. Spring 44 Gin
11/4 oz. Asbach Uralt Brandy
11/4 oz. Appleton VX Jamaican Rum
21/2 oz. White Ver Jus
11/2 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. water
1. Crush allspice in a mixing tin.
2. Build all dry ingredients in the Porthole, add bitters, then seal and fill with pre-bottled infusion mix.
